By booking a consultation with Nina Garrard Homeopathy you agree to the Terms listed below.

The Consultation

All consultations are confirmed via email.

Please arrive on time for your consultation. If you are late, your consultation will still finish at the correct time so that I am ready for my next client. You will be charged the full consultation rate.

For video consultations I will send you a link to join the video meeting. If for any reason it does not work we will find another way to communicate. Please check your emails before your consultation is about to begin.

The conversations we have will be private and so it is important to choose a place to hold our consultation where you will feel comfortable to speak freely and not be interrupted. If you are in a vehicle you must be parked safely and not in transit.

When booking your consultation please check you have chosen the right time zone. I am in the UK (GMT) so I may be working at different times than you expect.

I might ask you for more information or photographs to help me determine the remedy. I will discuss this with you during the consultation if required.

Contact between Consultations

I will often ask you to check in with me a few days after starting your remedies. This usually happens via email but I am happy to arrange a suitable time to talk to you if you have any questions.

My working hours are Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm If I am unable to take your call please leave me a message and I will contact you as soon as I am able to within working hours.

Follow up Consultations

This will be discussed in your consultation to ensure the best way forward given your presenting complaint.

Homeopathy alongside Mainstream Healthcare

Homeopathy works well alongside mainstream healthcare programs and medications. You will not be asked to come off medications during your treatment. You may be asked to go for additional health checks to see if your medications are still required.

Homeopathy is not instead of Accident and Emergency Care. If you need emergency healthcare please contact your Doctor or Emergency Services.

I cannot provide an emergency service. If you need emergency care please contact your nearest emergency services.

Consent

This consent form will cover your entire course of treatment. You confirm that you have made the appointment in good faith and that you have the ability to accept or reject this care of your own free will and choice and are mentally competent to enter into this agreement.

You acknowledge that you are not representing an agency (private, governmental or other) attempting to gather information without so stating (I.e. you are not a reporter posing as a patient)

Everything discussed at each consultation is confidential and will not be discussed with anyone else unless I have your specific instruction to discuss your information with other health professionals.

Services

During the consultation I will assess your needs and make a recommendation in the following areas;

Prescription

This will detail which remedies you require and how and when to take your remedy. For my UK clients I will supply the remedy to you via Royal Mail and this is included in my Consultation fee.

For my International clients I will email you the prescription after our consultation with details of where they can be purchased in your country. You can purchase the remedies from other sources if you have them.

Nutritional Supplements- I may recommend some foods, herbal tinctures or nutritional supplements to help with your health issues. These will be an additional cost.

Code of Conduct

As a member of the Society of Homeopaths I abide by their strict Code of Ethics

Confidentiality

I will not share your details with anyone. I am registered and abide by data protection laws in the UK. Please click through to my Privacy Policy for further information

Health Notes

I am required by law to keep your consultation notes for 7 years. These will not be shared with anyone unless the law requires me to submit information for the protection of life.

Emails

When you book a consultation with me, I will add your email address to my own client list so that I can contact you about your consultations, about news and courses, and about learning more about homeopathy. You can unsubscribe from this list at any time.

Technology

With the use of internet, video calls, messenger, emails or telephone calls, every reasonable precaution possible will be taken to ensure the privacy of your information, but it cannot be guaranteed across these technologies.

Payment

I will send an invoice through to you after the consultation.

Payment is due within 24 hours of the consultation.

Vouchers

Vouchers can be used to offset against the full price of a single consultation but cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.

Consultation Packages

I offer a series of discounts for prepaid packages. Please as me for more details.

Cancellation Policy

I require at least 24 hours notice for the cancellation of a consultation. All consultations cancelled outside of this timeframe will be charged in full. This also applies to missed appointments.
